Organization: ACCES Employment

This program helps newcomers in reconnecting to career with the support and training from an assigned mentor from a similar field who helps in understanding how the local labour market works. Mentors helps participants to understand Canadian industry trends, develop more effective job search strategies, build their professional networks and find ways of leveraging their experience and skills.

Employers support the program by encouraging their employees to become volunteer mentors to newcomers.
