The goal of this full-time employment program is to help newcomers find their first Canadian job in their area of ​​expertise. Participants get to discover Canadian work culture, get professional references, and find a job in their area of ​​expertise. To be eligible to participate in this program, participants need to be able to speak one of the two official languages and not have worked in their area of ​​expertise since arrival in Canada. The program specifically focuses on any profession in an office environment that does not require Canadian certification to practice. Ex: bookkeeper, administrative or executive assistant, HR assistant, web design, etc.

Program finds an unpaid placement in participant's field that can last up to 12 weeks (or less if participant get a job before), 24 hours a week. The remaining 11 hours is dedicated to an intensive job search.

The Vanier Community Services Center (CSCV) is a non-profit Francophone organization that offers a range of services in French and English. The Vanier Community Service Center advocates multidisciplinary community outreach and provides several services: counseling and community development, employment services, community, family services, and legal services.
